We have been advised today that our host venue for the 2023 Australian Dressage Championships, Boneo Park is being offered for sale. The sale is a going concern and therefore the expectation is that all business operations will continue. No change of ownership is expected before the end of the year, therefore the Australian Dressage Championships will proceed as planned from October 12-15 2023 at Boneo Park, hosted by Carlton Performance Horses.’
I have also attached the official press release that we will be using as our official announcement, via our facebook page at 4pm today and we ask that you keep this matter confidential until then.
As discussed, the business and property are being sold as a ‘going concern’ and therefore the expectation is that all business operations, including venue hire, will continue as normal post sale. There is also the expectation that a settlement is unlikely to take place before the end of the year, so it is completely business as usual here.
